Pastors

Pastor George Anderson has been with the work right from the beginning.  He served on the original steering committee and then became one of the first elders, along with Pastor Frank Beerman.  His pastoral labours focus on ministering to God’s people individually and leading in worship.  He is a farmer by trade and lives just outside of Orillia with his wife, Janice.  They have two grown sons, Allan and Mark. 
Pastor John Wakefield came to the church in 2003 to take up the preaching ministry, following the retirement of Pastor Frank Beerman.  His labours focus on teaching and preaching, along with leading in worship and ministering individually to God’s people.  He lives in Orillia with his wife Cathy.  They have four grown children, Cameron, Carrie, Daniel and Stuart.
